Position Overview

A growing real estate organization is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a specialized exchange operations team. This is a non-customer-facing, back-office administrative role focused on documentation, data entry, compliance, and workflow support.

Perfect for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys process-driven work, document management, and internal operations support-without high-volume phones or client interaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to internal operations and exchange processing teams
  • Prepare, review, and organize real estate / title documentation
  • Perform accurate data entry, file management, and record tracking
  • Utilize proprietary systems, CRM platforms, and document management tools
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely processing of transactions
  • Support workflow coordination, internal reporting, and deadline management
  • Assist team members in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative assistant, office support, or clerical experience
  • Background in real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, or property management strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
  • Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and office systems
  • Ability to thrive in a small team environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Seeking long-term career growth in operations, real estate, or financial services
